USE

Tapioca starch is dried and processed ground cassava root. The starch can be used in baking mixes or as a thickener. When baking it gives a nice soft and airy result. Tapioca starch has a mild flavor and can absorb moisture well. Due to its versatility, the starch combines well with other gluten-free flours. The dosage depends on the recipe.
