sugar, flour (rice flour, corn flour), starch (potato starch, corn starch), cinnamon, raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), spice blend, thickening agent (glucono-delta-lactone, xanthan gum), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides), salt, food coloring (caramelized sugar).
Pre-heat the oven to 150 °C. Beat 4 eggs in a mixing bowl. Add 175 g soft margarine, 50 ml milk and the cake mix. Beat the mix into a smooth cake batter. Divide the batter over a cake tin or a turban baking pan. Place the cake in the middle of the pre-heated oven and bake for 65-75 min. Leave the cake to cool in the tin.
