sugar, chocolate chips 25% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: (sunflower lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate), natural vanilla flavouring), rice flour, corn starch, dextrose, teff flour, potato starch, cacao powder (skimmed cacao powder, acidifier (potassium carbonate)), anti-caking agent: glucono-delta-lacton, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides, raising agent: (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), salt.
Melt 130 g margarine and let it cool a little. Beat 4 eggs (replacer), add the melted margarine and mix for 1 minute. Add the brownie mix and mix for 3 minutes till a smooth batter. Divide the batter over a greased brownie baking tin 20x20 cm. Smooth the top. Pre-heat the oven at 150°C.Place the brownie in the middle of the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes at 150°C. Let it cool before cutting the brownie.
Tip: For a vegan preparation replace the eggs with plant-based egg-replacer.
