Did you know that gluten-free oat bran is packed with nutrients! Like oat flakes, oat bran is also a source of protein and rich in fiber. Oat bran contains more soluble fiber than oat flakes and can therefore contribute to healthy cholesterol levels. The bran can be used in, for example, yogurt, breakfast porridge or smoothies.
