Why grape seed flour?

This is a 100% natural, dark flour made from the seeds of grapes after , during cold pressing , the oil is pressed out of the grape. The flour is very rich in fiber and suitable for a gluten-free diet. During the heating, maintaining the flour are active substances. Druivenpitmeel is therefore suitable for many applications , such as baking cakes , bread, pizza , pancakes, etc. or breading product or in smoothies. It gives a savory flavor to the dishes.
