BREADMIX FIBRE RICH BREAD

This versatile mix is ​​composed of brown teff flour, corn starch, rice flour, tapioca, lupine protein and whey powder. Just add water and bake. Also fun to do with the kids. Because baking yourself = eating better!

INGREDIENTS

Corn starch, teff flour, rice flour, seeds: (sunflower seed, flaxseed, sesame seed) 7%, tapioca starch, thickening agent (xanthan gum), lupin flour, whey powder (milk), dextrose, iodised salt, leavening agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), emulsifier (soy lecithin), caramel, calcium caseinate (milk), acidifier (glucono-delta-lactone).

PREPARATION OVEN

Put 350ml lukewarm water in a batter bowl and add: half of the content of the package (approx. 450g), 30g margarine, 1 egg (replacer), 15g yeast (or 7g dried yeast). Mix intensively for 5 minutes using dough hooks. Distribute the batter in a bread baking tin (25x8x9 cm). Let it rise at a temperature of approx. 30°C for 45-60 minutes. Bake at a temperature of approx. 220°C for 40 minutes. Let the bread cool down.

PREPARATION BREAD BAKING MACHINE

Add 350ml luke warm water to the bread-baking machine and add half of the content of the package (approx. 450g), 30g margarine, 1 egg (replacer) and 15g fresh yeast (or 7g dried yeast). Select a program for which kneading, raising and baking takes approx. 140 minutes (fast program). Let the bread cool in the machine.
