WHY PEAK'S FITNESS CRACKER?
The main ingredient of our Fitness Cracker are sprouted soy beans that has been cooked (pasteurised) and ground after germination. This is a new and unique process providing tremendous nutritional benefits. During the soy’s sprouting process, enzymes are activated ensuring that the little beans have the energy they require for germinating. This generates an increase of, among other things, isoflavones, vitamins C and E as well as nutritional fibres.
Throughout the germination process the carbohydrates and proteins are changed into less intricate shapes giving the product a better taste and making the crackers easier to digest.
Fitness Crackers are ideally suited to a gluten-free diet, and as food for sports people, being both ‘low carb’’ and ‘high protein’.
