Organic Vegan (N)Omelette Mix
chickpea ﬂour*, corn ﬂour*, pea protein*, psyllium ﬁbre*, carrageen, dextrose*, turmeric powder*, calcium carbonate, garlic powder*.

Add 150ml ice cold water to 25g (N)Omelette mix in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. Add 1/2 tsp of oil and mix on high speed for one minute. Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan on a low heat and add some oil or margarine. Add the vegan omelette mix and bake for 5 minutes until there is a crispy crust. Turn the vegan omelette and bake for 3 minutes with a lid on the pan. Remove lid from the pan and bake for another 2 minutes. Add (Kala Namak) salt to taste and herbs or vegetables for some extra ﬂavor. Enjoy!
